WWE In 3D?

It seems that WWE is finally entering the world of 3D television!

After going to HD in the late 2000’s, WWE want’s to make another technical leap into the third dimension of viewing enjoyment. WWE has been teasing broadcasting in 3D in the past, at one point they wanted to do something at WrestleMania in 3D, and then in 2010 the company sent out a survey to fans asking if they wished to see matches in 3D with the plan of doing a one-off 3D SmackDown in 2011 that would have been in 3D.

Obviously neither plan came to fruition.
