Why Daniel Bryan Was Sent Home
As noted a few days ago, Daniel Bryan was sent home from WWE’s European Tour. WWE noted that they sent Bryan home as a precautionary measure. Bryan suffered a concussion at some point during his match against Sheamus and officials were at least aware Bryan was banged up after the match as he hasn’t wrestle singles match since.
If WWE officials knew t the time that Bryan was concussed, he wouldn’t have competed in matches at all following the injury. It’s likely Bryan was not officially diagnosed with the concussion until after this week’s Smackdown tapings, at which time WWE decide to pull him from the tour.
