In Hall of Fame news, the latest inductee has been announced; former WCW World Champion, Diamond Dallas Page! Joining Kurt Angle, the Rock’n’Roll Express, and Teddy Long, DDP takes his place amongst several legends… but why is Sam only excited for SmackDown’s best General Manager?
On Raw, the Rock made an appearance to film scenes for his upcoming movie based on WWE Superstar Paige; Fighting With My Family. Appearing in the dark segments both before and after the main show, Rock explained that he was filming scenes involving “AJ Lee” and “Paige”, prompting CM Punk chants from the audience… so Rock decides to phone CM Punk?
And finally, on SmackDown, newly crowned Women’s Champion Naomi met a terrible fate; a knee injury forced GM Daniel Bryan to strip her of the title. Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch would collide to crown the new Champion – has WrestleMania changed because of this? Sam and Andy discuss the potential future of SmackDown’s women’s division…
